Paid access is a time-limited window into parts of this site. A window starts when you first open what it unlocks, not when you pay, and then runs continuously for the stated period — a 24-hour window means 24 hours of clock time, not 24 hours of reading. You can come and go as you like while it runs.

An unopened window stays valid for 90 days from purchase. After that it lapses and is not refunded.

Access is personal to the account that bought it. It is not transferable and it is not a licence for anyone else to use.

Windows do not recur. One ends when it ends, and no further payment is taken.

You may read it, take notes for your own use, and discuss it.

• You may not republish, redistribute, resell or share the content with people who have not bought access.
• You may not share your sign-in link or account with anyone else.
• You may not use the content to build a directly competing product or service.
• Copyright and all other rights in the content remain with Marnay Made.

Much of the content on this site describes projects at an early stage. Statuses such as concept, research, prototype and in development mean exactly what they say. Nothing on this site is a promise that any project will be completed, launched, or produce any result.

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or professional advice.

Members with The Lab can leave feedback, reviews and suggestions. If you do, you grant permission for that feedback to be used in developing the work, without payment or attribution, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Do not send confidential information or anything you do not have the right to share.

Access may be suspended or ended without refund if these terms are broken, in particular by sharing an account or redistributing content.

Reasonable effort is made to keep the site available, but it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free. Where an outage removes a meaningful part of a paid window, get in touch and it will be extended or refunded in proportion.

Liability is not excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability arising from use of this site is limited to the amount paid for access in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
