An early AR shot-trajectory mockup drew an arc and displayed numeric readouts that were produced separately. It looked convincing and it was quietly lying.
Result
Fixed. The visual and the values now share one source of truth, which also made the fit quality visible instead of hidden.

Real-time ball and hand tracking sounds like it needs a trained model and a native app.
Result
Working in-browser with no console errors and correct fallback when no API key is set. Both models were already pretrained — this turned out to be integration work, not machine learning work. Camera access needs HTTPS, so it runs behind a local certificate.

An agent that can be talked into spending money is not governed by a document that says it cannot.
Result
The first agent runs at autonomy level zero with £0 authority, and every record so far is explicitly marked as simulation. Nothing real has been spent, which is the point at this stage.

The gap in UK basketball isn't interest. It's infrastructure — courts, coaches, officials and a route from a local court to anything beyond it.
Play On The Court is a real brand with a live site, a schools programme plan and a pipeline of connected products sharing one set of foundations. No courts built, no funding raised — and the site says that everywhere it matters.
